Engagement & pricing guide
How Do Good Digital engagements are actually scoped.
We don't publish a price list, because tailored work doesn't have one. What we can be completely transparent about is how each model is purchased, what drives scope, and which model tends to fit which need.
Expert access, on a schedule.
Managed Services
Monthly retainer for SAS / SAS+ (reserved hours with a dedicated expert), or a prepaid hours bank for CC / CC+ (book across the Do Good Digital bench). Both are documented in an SOW and commonly run 6–12 months with the option to renew.
What drives scope and cost
- How many hours per month the work realistically needs
- Whether support spans one product or several (the Plus designation)
- How much of the time is administration versus improvement work
- Governance and reporting complexity in your environment
New builds, from kickoff to go-live.
Implementations & New Delivery
A custom SOW scoped around the work. Milestone-based fixed fee is one common structure, but not the only one — we scope in the way that fits the engagement.
What drives scope and cost
- Number of Adobe products in scope
- Depth of business process change, not just configuration
- Integration and automation complexity
- Migration needs, if any
- How much training, enablement and Change Management Support the rollout requires
An embedded expert, on your team.
Partnership Solutions
A defined term with a defined weekly hour commitment (generally 30+ hours) and regular billing, documented as a staff augmentation SOW.
What drives scope and cost
- Weekly hour commitment
- Length of the term
- Seniority and specialization of the role
- Whether the role is Adobe-focused, marketing-focused or blended
